Searching for products on this website:To search for products by name, simply use the search field available on each page. To browse by a particular category, simply select the required category from the drop down menu near the top of each page. Ex: To go to scotch whisky, point to Alcohol and then select the sub-category Scotch Whisky. Alternately, simply click on Alcohol to have a look at all available sub-categories under Alcohol.
Using discount vouchers:
If you have a Duty Free Stores Australia discount voucher, you will be able to use the discount code given on your voucher on this website to get your discount. Simply enter the discount code in the discount code field located on every page at any time. This will display discounted prices for all products viewed on the site.
Alternatively, you can also enter the discount code at the time you review the shopping basket contents.
Pre-Ordering duty free:Once you find what you are looking for, simply click on the "Buy" button to add the product to your shopping cart. Once all products have been added to the shopping cart, simply Proceed to checkout and enter your personal details and flight details.
Please note that we require 24 hours notice to accept all internet orders. If you do not have 24 hours before your flight, please
contact us over the phone.
Once the details have been filled in, you will be transferred to a secure web page where your credit card details will be accepted. Once the order has been received, an automated email will be sent to you containing all the flight details and products details. Orders are usually processed within a few hours and a confirmation email is sent once this is done. The confirmation email contains a "Collection Docket Number" and
a printout of the confirmation email is required to collect the duty free goods at the collection point. The next time you place an order with Duty Free Stores Australia, you will be able to log-in as a "Returning Customer" using your email address and password.
Note for returning customers: If you have placed an order with Duty Free Stores Australia in the past using a particular email address, you will need to log-in on the checkout page as a "Returning Customer" if you want to use that same email address again. To log-in, you will need to enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the "Retrieve password" option and you will be emailed your password.
Once an order is processed, it can then be collected at either Adelaide Airport or Gold Coast Airport in Australia. Please note that you might be asked to produce your passport for identification at the collection points.
